Repossession
Mr. and Mrs. London of Newcastle where receiving threats of repossession from their mortgage provider. They had lost their primary source of income and hadn't taken any mortgage protection out when signing for their financing. The contacted us to see if a quick house could help them out of their predicament. Within three days, they had funds in their account to clear off their debt, and cash over to help them through until new employment was
found. The sell and rent back solution meant they didn't even have to move out of their home.
Divorce
Mr. and Mrs. Lyme of Manchester marriage had run its course. All the divorce papers where in place, and luckily no children where involved. The only thing slowing up proceedings was the sale of their property. The contacted us and within five days funds where split between two separate bank accounts, the house was sold and they where both free to carry on rebuilding their lives again. All this was conducted with no fuss and hassle whatsoever.

Emigration
Pat and William Devon had both retired recently. Their plan was to immigrate to Cyprus for their retirement. Unfortunately, their house has been on the market for several months with no legimate enquiries. They had already found their dream villa in Limassol, but the sale of their UK property was slowly moving away. Other interested parties were also viewing it. After contacting us, we had funds in their bank account to not only pay the deposit on the villa
but to buy it outright. The villa wasn't ready for living in for six weeks, so they entered into a short term rental agreement and stayed in their current home until they could actually move to Cyprus.
