A property auction is a place where home owners or buyers can go to bid on houses. There are lots of these sales throughout the country. Although you may think that selling your home this way may be quick, there are a few pitfalls to be mindful of when opting for this method. Firstly, you have to find an auction. Second, you have to register your property. Following this, you need to submit your reserve price. If your lot does not reach this price, then it goes unsold. Also, it may fall just short of its valuation, but at the auctioneers' discretion, he can still accept the sale.
